Nose
Rich ripe cherries, toffee, golden syrup, honeycomb, dried apricots, vanilla, a hint of oak and a touch of spice.
Palate
A delightful burst of raisin sweetness, underlying notes of caramel, dark chocolate, maple syrup, dried apricots, figs, subtle spice and clean oak characters.
Finish
Dark fruits, maple syrup, honeycomb, chocolate, toffee and Christmas pudding with a slight cinnamon finish.
Non-chill filtered natural colour and flavour.
