Muscat cask whisky is a double cask whisky, first aged in an ex bourbon barrel for a few years then put into an antique 50 year old Australian muscat cask until we felt it had soaked for long enough to present some amazing flavours.
Nose
Rich with dark chocolate, caramelised toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg and golden syrup.
Palate
A gentle oak influence, offering hints of vanilla, caramelised toffee, dark chocolate, coffee and subtle spices with a creamy mouth feel.
Finish
Well balanced, with dried fig, orange and a long chocolate coffee expression that lingers on the palate.
Non-chill filtered natural colour and flavour.
